South Park: Enemy of the Celebrity?...

Ever been called a gay fish? Kanye West has – a lot. Yes Kanye West got the South Park treatment this season in ‘Fishsticks’.

When Jimmy writes the world’s funniest joke, Cartman piggy backs on his success as the joke takes America by storm.

As everyone pees their pants in hilarity, one egotistical celebrity doesn’t quite get it…Kanye West.

Although claiming to be a “genius” and the “voice of a generation” he can’t quite grasp why everyone keeps calling him a gay fish - “I am not gay and I sure as hell aint no fish…if I was a homosexual or a fish I would know!”

Kanye holds Cartman and Jimmy hostage demanding why he’s being called a gay fish but Cartman’s ego has convinced himself that he wrote the joke without any help and convinces Jimmy that is it in fact Jimmy’s own ego that has caused him to act so ‘selfishly’ against Cartman.

Witnessing this, it strikes a chord with Kanye and he vows to change his egotistical ways and embraces what he truly is – a gay fish.

After the episode aired, Kanye West wrote in a blog that the episode “hurt his feelings” but he did admit to finding the show “pretty damn funny” and to everyone’s amazement said he needed to work on his “ego problem”.

So five months later what does he do? He completely disrupts Taylor Swift’s MTV Award acceptance speech, embarrassing himself, Taylor Swift and Beyonce – he must have done a lot of soul searching then. Idiot.
