Charlie Sheen in court…weather permitting..!

Charlie Sheen will return to court today to face the felony charges against him if the weather’s good enough of course.

Flights to Aspen were cancelled last night because of bad weather.

TMZ reports that Charlie will plead not guilty to felony menacing and his two misdemeanours of 3rd degree assault and criminal mischief.

The site highlighted that Charlie is still on bail for the alleged assault on his wife Brooke Mueller, with one of the conditions of his bail being that he can’t consume alcohol or drugs.

Sheen however checked himself into rehab a fortnight ago putting his sitcom Two and a Half Men on temporary hiatus and raising doubt as to whether the star ‘fell of the wagon’ therefore breaching the conditions of his bail.

Charlie is due to fly to Aspen early morning from Los Angeles.  Stay tuned for the verdict…if ever there is one!
