On Christmas day Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen was held in custody for reportedly attacking his wife Brooke Mueller with a kitchen knife.
An argument started between the couple in the ski resort Aspen, Colorado apparently after Mueller said she wanted a divorce.
According to the BBC, arrest papers quoted Mueller as saying “he held her down on the bed, held a knife to a throat and told her: ‘You better be in fear. If you tell anybody, I'll kill you.’”
He was also reported to have threatened her further saying “I have ex-police I can hire who know how to get the job done and they won't leave any trace…You better be in fear. If you tell anybody, I'll kill you."
Sheen was arrested on suspicion of assault, menacing and criminal mischief. He was released on $8,500 (£5,300) bail and a restraining order was imposed against him.
The BBC learns that the couple are both willing to reconcile and work out their differences. Mueller’s lawyer announced that the couple were still “very much in love”.
The request to lift Sheen’s restraining order will be heard today. Oh dear, what would alan Harper say..?
Meanwhile more of Sheen’s dirty laundry was aired last night as horse-faced ‘Hollywood Madam’ Heidi Fleiss entered the Celebrity Big Brother house.
Back in the 90s Sheen admitted to spending $53,000 on girls supplied by Fleiss, who probably spent it all on sugar lumps...
Also 30 Rock star Alec Baldwin’s little brother Stephen Baldwin has joined Fleiss in the voyeuristic house of horrors.
