This is the last call for entries for the Comedy Central Live Funniest Student competition.
If you’re frequently keeping your housemates in fits of laughter and fancy yourself as a bit of a stand-up comedian then this is the competition for you.
Previously known as ‘Paramount Comedy On Tap Funniest Student’, Comedy Central Live Funniest Student is designed to give students the opportunity to showcase their stand-up talent.
Finalists will battle it out at the world famous Comedy Store in London with the winner offered guaranteed gigs courtesy of Lee Evans’ and Michael McIntyre’s management Off The Kerb Productions.
Last year’s winner a philosophy student from Tom Rosenthal from Kings College, London has since taken his stand-up show One Degree of Separation to the Edinburgh Fringe and has worked on Comedy Central’s on air-announcements.
If you can see yourself as the next Michael McIntyre or Lee Evans then all you have to do is send us a short clip of your stand-up act to Comedy Central, 180 Oxford Street, London, W1D 1DS, or email a link to press@comedycentral.co.uk
