Charlie Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller has left her rehab facility after her personal information was released to the press.
TMZ learns that Mueller has checked into another facility in the L.A area yesterday and will be suing the centre because of a “security breach”.
Someone at The Canyon rehab facility in Malibu leaked Mueller’s admission form to the press revealing information about her substance abuse.
Yale Galanter, Mueller’s lawyer said he plans “to have the individual responsible for leaking the information arrested” and that Brooke is now continuing her rehabilitation “in a private, more secure, confidential environment…which specializes in the type of treatment that Brooke needs so she can be the best mom she can be”.
He added that “Brooke no longer feels she can go into a public facility because of the breach of confidentiality The Canyon committed”.
No one at The Canyon have commented as yet.
Yesterday it was reported that child services had visited the Sheen household to check on the couple’s twin boys Bob and Max following the incident between Sheen and Mueller on Christmas Day.
