Charlie Sheen is due in court on Monday facing his felony charges and is apparently all set to plea bargain his way out of doom.

Sources tell TMZ that Sheen would plead no contest to a misdemeanour provided he would not do any jail time.  They’re also told he’d agree to probation and anger management classes.

His wife Brooke Mueller reportedly would ‘rather walk on coals than testify against Charlie’ according to sources on her side.  Mueller was also under the influence during the Christmas Day fracas so her evidence will also be taken with a pinch of salt.

However prosecutors believe they have enough physical evidence to convince a jury that Brooke’s allegations were truthful.

Mueller was herself in rehab until last month but she is now back home with various therapists and sober coaches continuing her treatment.

Sheen has also surfaced from rehab to continue filming the remaining four episodes of Two and a Half Men slated to tape next Tuesday.

Check back next week to hear the result of the case but in the meantime see Charlie in brand new and perhaps the last season of Two and a Half Men Mondays from 9pm only on Comedy Central.
