Jennifer Aniston and Jason Bateman are in talks to star in New Line’s Horrible Bosses.
The comedy, directed by Seth Gordon (Four Christmases), revolves around three best friends who are so frustrated by their jobs that they decide the only solution is to kill each other’s bosses.
Born out of the success of The Hangover, the film has banded around big name candidates for the cast including Owen Wilson, Vince Vaughn and Ashton Kutcher.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jason Bateman is in negotiations to star as one of the aggravated employees who hits rock bottom after he’s passed up for a promotion.
Jennifer Aniston is also in talks to play one of the evil bosses – a “sexually aggressive dentist” (this we have to see), while the Irish-lad-done-good Colin Farrell is slated to play another of the bosses.
Also cast is Charlie Day from American sitcom It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
So what do we think? Well there's enough comedy talent listed there to make a decent fist of things, but ultimately it's all about the material so we'll see...
