Cross-dressing marathon man Eddie Izzard has admitted the bug bear of every grown man – it’s really hard to find the right dress.
Isn’t it just the worst?
The comedian who is currently in the Broadway show Race told the New York Post: “I’m straight, so clothes are not my second nature. If I was tall and skinny, it would be easy to throw on a dress. Instead, I have to shop around.”
He added: “I finished my last tour in Canada in girly mode, and I’m just back in boy mode now. I consider it a superhero thing. It involves wearing a dress, wearing makeup - and fighting people who have a problem with it.”
