David Walliams’ other half Lara Stone is suing the French arm of Playboy magazine.
BBC News writes that the Dutch model is taking legal action after claiming that the magazine printed “unauthorised photographs” of her in their June edition.
‘It’s not the kind of publication I would ever choose to appear in’ Stone said.
‘Playboy had no right to publish these unauthorised photographs. I feel I have no option but to take steps to protect my reputation.’
She has reportedly instructed her lawyers to commence legal proceedings against the publication in Paris and photographer Greg Lotus.
Stone and Walliams tied the knot in May this year at Claridge’s hotel in London with guests such as Little Britain pal Matt Lucas, Jonathan Ross and James Corden in attendance.
