Adrian Edmonson started and ended his performance in familiar style, with his comedy partner Rik Mayall hitting in the face with a frying pan. Edmonson, performed a ballet from Swan Lake dressed in a white too-too watched by his wife Jennifer Saunders, and two of their three daughters.

Other performers have included included 1980’s singers Limahl, Chesney Hawkes, Clare Grogan and Toyah performing ‘Grease Lightnin’. Marcus Brigstocke perfomed ‘Kung Fu Fighting’ in this Saturday’s show. Comedians Ed Byrne and 2010 Edinburgh Comedy Award winner Russell Kane and former glamour model Kate Price performed in earlier episodes.



This week’s judges were Jo Brand, Felix Dexter (best known for his role in Press Gang and Hotel Babylon) and comedian John Bishop. The BBC show is presented by Steve Jones and Alex Jones. Next week sees the final round and judges will be Miranda Hart, Louie Spence and Rufus Hound.
