Us Weekly writes that the bash was held at Hollywood’s Troubadour club and that the cast and crew couldn’t be happier with their latest addition. Who wouldn’t?!
‘Everybody is loving Ashton on the set,’ a show insider said. ‘He’s really coming off like a cool low maintenance guy, and with everything that went down with Charlie [Sheen], everyone is breathing a sigh of relief.’
Of his new character Ashton only revealed that Walden Schmidt is ‘somewhere between an alien and Jesus Christ, but I can’t be more specific than that.’ Stop the press.

The insider added: ‘He jokes with the crew, has no tantrums, he comes in well studied in his lines – it’s such a nice change. So far there have been no issues and everyone is really happy with how it’s working out.’
Meanwhile Charlie Sheen told TMZ that he’ll be watching as he’s as ‘curious as everybody else’ to see what happens to the sitcom.
‘I’m actually rooting hard for them,’ he said and added: ‘I think Ashton’s gonna kill it.’
