The newspaper has been profiling him in the run up to his new Broadway show, Harvey, about a man and his invisible friend, a six-foot-tall rabbit called Harvey.
We're actually more interested in how a show about a six-foot-tall rabbit gets to Broadway than in Jim's special private moments but hey.
Apparently, we should've got some inkling before when he was in The Normal Heart but our gaydar is kinda dysfunctional.
Wrote author Patrick Healy in the piece:
'The Normal Heart resonated with him on a few levels - Mr. Parsons is gay and in a ten-year relationship, and working with an ensemble again on-stage was like nourishment, he said.'
Anyway, we're plased to see he's in a ten-year relationship - which is about as happily ever after as it gets these days.
