We knew it was coming and he’s done it. Charlie Sheen has filed a lawsuit against Warner Bros., and exec producer Chuck Lorre for the pricely sum of $100 million after being fired from Two and a Half Men on Monday.

TMZ writes that the suit was filed on Thursday and argues that Sheen was only fired from the sitcom because he had recently criticised Lorre on TV and radio.

Charlie is also looking for the entire cast, crew and actors to be paid for the rest of the current season.

Sheen’s attorney Martin Singer wrote in the lawsuit: ‘Chuck Lorre, one of the richest men in television who is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, believes himself to be so wealthy and powerful that he can unilaterally decide to take money away from the dedicated cast and crew of the popular television series Two and a Half Men in order to serve his own ego and self-interest, and make the star of the series the scapegoat for Lorre's own conduct.’

The studio had said in a letter to Singer that he had become a liability and his off-air ‘conduct and condition prevented him from performing his essential duties.’
