Charlie Sheen’s post-Two and a Half Men antics were the talk of the twitterati this year, with associated hashtags and profiles making him one of the most discussed topics in 2011 – right up there with the Egyptian uprising.
The year’s top hashtags were #egypt followed by #tigerblood, referring to Charlie Sheen’s comment ‘My fangs are dripping tiger blood’, which he made after he was asked to leave Two and a Half Men.

After subsequent media antics, he continued to be a hot topic and when he joined Twitter in March he picked up around one million followers in just 24 hours, thought to be a record.
Naturally, as a result Two and a Half Men was the second most talked about TV show.
