Friends will forever be in our hearts but alas unlikely on the big screen – well, at least according to the lady with the best ‘do like, ever, Ms Jennifer Aniston.
The Hollywood Reporter has been pressing our heroine, ahem, on whether a film version of the show is ever going to happen.
Alas she says, ‘I can't imagine how you would do it, unless you did it years from now. I can't imagine what that would be. It's not normal. Friends is in your living room; Friends is not in a movie theatre. It doesn't make sense to me. I think it would be going against its authentic self.’
However, she has been more than happy to speculate whether the Ross-Rachael happily ever after is still happily ever after.
And hurrah, it’s a yes: ‘They're absolutely, 100 per cent together. They have more kids. He's probably still working, and hopefully they're still hanging out somewhere. It would be really upsetting if they weren't – it would bum me out.’
We would be bummed too…
