Police have confirmed that Jackass star Ryan Dunn was ‘legally drunk’ at the time of his death on Monday morning TMZ writes.

West Goshen Police Chief Michael Carroll confirmed that Dunn’s blood alcohol level was .196, nearly 2.5 times the legal limit of .08 when his Porsche veered off the road killing the star and passenger Zachary Hartwell. But he added: ‘No other substances were found in his blood other than the alcohol.’
