The Perfect Host finds Pierce as a character who seems like a pleasant, middle-aged man preparing to host a dinner party, when he’s rudely interrupted pre-party a criminal on the run looking for a place to hide.
What the criminal (played by Clayne Crawford) doesn’t realise, is that the ex-Frasier star is completely nuts and he's soon drugged and taken hostage. Naughty Niles!
