We all know that Sandler comedies are a matter of taste, not specifically good taste - and That's My Boy doesn't look like being much different.
Sandler is to play a neglectful parent - a beer-guzzling, dope-smoking, deadbeat parent at that who suddenly rocks up to wreak havoc on his strait-laced son's wedding.
He's joining forces with Andy Samberg, from Lonely Island and Saturday Night Live who is playing Sandler's son, this R-rated film is already receiving slightly stale reviews.
But can that dent Sandler's box office rep sufficiently? Please let us know.
However we are sure Sony can pay for someone to write a nice review considering they pay Sandler $25 million for films, we are certain the could chip together to maybe get a nice review written for them.
Only time will tell if this is another Sandler miracle or if it will disappear into the abyss of un-loved and un-wanted films that you sometimes see in DVD buckets in charity shops.
