Officer Mike Biggs (all puns probably intended) is played by Billy Gardell.
As a stand-up comedian, Billy has opened for comedians such as the legendary George Carlin and Dennis Miller.
Billy had his major motion picture debut in Avenging Angelo alongside Sly Stallone and Anthony Quinn before going on to score roles in You, Me & Dupree and Bad Santa with Billy Bob Thornton.
Billy’s television credits include Lucky, My Name is Earl, The King of Queens, Yes, Dear, Judging Amy, The Practice, Monk and Gary the Rat.
