Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen plays Charlie Harper: a well-to-do bachelor who earns a tidy sum penning musical jingles for commercials.
Effortlessly charming, he has a constant supply of Californian beauties to fall back on, despite the fact that he dresses like an eight-year-old boy.
Born on September 3rd in New York City, Charlie Sheen comes from a family of hugely successful performers; not everyone can boast to have Martin Sheen for a dad and Emilio Estevez for a brother. Except maybe his other brother Ramon, but we’re not talking about him.
Propelled to fame in Platoon and Wall Street, Charlie has starred in over 40 feature films. His film credits include Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Young Guns, both the Hot Shots! movies and Being John Malkovich.
He became known to television audiences for his lead role in US sitcom Spin City co starring with Michael J. Fox, for which he won a Golden Globe Award.
For his work on Two and a Half Men, Sheen has been nominated for two Golden Globe Awards for Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series and two Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series.
