Angus T. Jones plays Alan's son Jake Harper, the half man of the Two and a Half Men family and arguably the most clued up of all three.
Jones began his career aged four doing television commercials, before landing his first lead role in the feature film See Spot Run when he was just six.
With film credits including Bringing Down the House and The Rookie, he also starred in the video release George of the Jungle II.
In addition to Two and a Half Men, Jones's other television credits include appearances in the hospital drama ER and US TV movies Audrey's Rain, Dinner with Friends and The Christmas Blessing.
