When I was a kid, I lived right around the corner from a video shop*. While all the other kids in the neighbourhood were running around, scraping knees, climbing trees, and doing whatever the hell else TV has taught me kids do when they're having a good time, I was on my sofa, watching the latest 90s masterpiece.

Granted I may have developed a Vitamin D deficiency and only learned to ride a bike when I was 13, but seriously who needs to go outdoors when you could watch the richest kid in the world make friends, or a child spy make a proto Mean Girls burn book?
