In case you hadn't heard, we are sorry to break this terrible news to you, but Britain is in the middle of a biscuit drought.
The floods that came after storms Desmond and Eva forced the United Biscuits factory in Carlisle to close about a month ago. Since the closure, supermarkets have run out of our favourite biscuits.
Although United Biscuits has restarted production on some of its biscuit lines, it anticipates ‘several months’ of biscuit shortages.
SEVERAL MONTHS? HOW WILL WE COPE?
People on Twitter are NOT happy about the news.
