And it's to cheer up kids in the hospital next door.

Some men just want to watch the world burn.

But some want to make it an AMAZING AND WELCOMING PLACE.

Jason Haney, a construction worker, is one such man. He wanted to come up with a way to cheer up children in the hospital next door to the site he was working on, so set to work constructing an 8-foot Where's Wally cutout.

Every day he hides it somewhere on the site for kids to find, then moves it once they've spotted that sneaky, sneaky cartoon dude.

If you'd like to smile, you can find him too.
