You get home after a long day, throw your keys on the table, kick off your shoes and hear a noise. Is it a burglar? The wind blowing a window closed?
No, you dingbat - it's a pole dancing koala bear.
If, like Nikki Erickson, you live in South East Queensland, Australia, it's not that weird to make new friends around the house.
They're pretty comfortable with invading your space, so it's not surprising that faced with her dancing pole, this little dude decided to give it a go.
AND HE SMASHED IT.
The dancer quickly released the animal (nicknamed Larissa, saucy) back into the wild, presumably before she nicked any of her clients.
Queensland’s Daisy Hill Conservation Park Rescuers, determined the koala was a female and checked her out:
“They made sure she was ok and in good condition, then released her,” Erickson said. “They sent me an email the following day to let me know."
Nice one Lari - see you Friday night.
