It seemed like the entire country was cheering for underdogs Leicester City to win the Premier League title last night, after starting the campaign as 5,000-1 outsiders - and almost getting relegated last season.
Close challenger Spurs thought they had an easy ride heading into their final match against Chelsea last night - and no one more than star player Harry Kane, who previously posted this picture of majestic lions going in for the kill before their game with Leicester (the Foxes).
After a 4-0 defeat of Stoke later down the line, Kane said that Tottenham were "on their tails", adding: "We are not going anywhere."
You can imagine Foxes striker Jamie Vardy's delight when Spurs gave away their 2-0 lead to Chelsea last night, their loss meaning Leiciester won the league. His reply tweet didn't have a caption, but reading between the lines, we think it says: "asante sana Squash banana, Wiwi nugu Mi mi apana!"
