n00b's Guide To The Gym

It's January, you're a bit tubby, and you've just signed up to a 24 month contract at the gym. Congratulations, you've done 90% of the hard work already! But how do these gym things actually work?

[subheader]But always make sure you've got a good gym buddy to spot you.[/subheader]
