Are you in the market for a possibly law-breaking but mainly hilarious hero? Then have we got the guy for you.
Someone in Asheville, North Carolina left parking tickets on cars visiting for the Southern Conference Men’s Basketball Tournament this weekend.
The tickets looked super realistic - with a $100 (£70) fine, a fake officer ID, and a made-up violation code.
However, on the bottom of each was a QR code to scan. And what happened when these poor unsuspecting sods gave it a little scan?
It took them straight to the YouTube video for Rick Astley’s ‘Never Gonna Give You Up.’ Obviously.
"It was kind of surprising to go to a link for a YouTube video, and then when I went it was featuring some rock star that I didn’t know who it was," said Ken Putman, Asheville’s Transportation Director and man-who-clearly-does-not-spend-enough-time-online.
