Over 40 MILLION people were fooled by a hoax Friends movie trailer last week.
It's clear there's still an appetite for Joey, Pheebs, Mon and the gang to reunite - so why hasn't it happened for realz?
Phoebe AKA Lisa Kudrow visited Conan O'Brien on his TV show this week, where she agreed that SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE. She just isn't sure what.
"Almost 40 million views in a week. That's insane", Conan opened with.
"Yeah I know, that's insane!" the actress replied.
"Do you talk to the other Friends gang and say like, hey guys, let's get together and do a movie?", he asked.
Lisa went on: "Courteney said did you see that trailer? What do we do? I'm like, nothing. It's a clip!"
"She was like wow! How did that go viral?"
The sitcom kween continued: "I don't know what to make of it. It's just these like sort of, weird clips, from things that are clearly nothing to do with Friends And it's called a 'Friends Movie'.
Something should be done. I don't know what. They're rebooting everything - how does that work with Friends, though? That was about people in their 20s, 30s... the show isn't about people in their 40s, 50s... and if we have the same problems, then that's just... sad."
O'Brien quipped: "No one said it had to be a comedy! Joey still doesn't understand things!"
