J.K. Rowling may have produced one well-thought-out body of magical work, but that won't stop her adding amazing new storylines into the mix.
First, it was Dumbledore being gay, then it was Jewish students being taught at Hogwarts, before she finally came out to confirm that no one in the wizarding world would ever support Jeremy Corbyn (and it's definitely not for tax reasons).
But has J.K. made her most startling revelation yet?
To celebrate the twenty year - that's right TWENTY YEAR - anniversary of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, Bloomsbury have released four commemorative editions of the iconic start to the saga in each house colour. Along with the classic story we all know and love, the book contains a load of house history, including one rather steamy love affair.
That's right, Professor Flitwick and Professor Sprout used to BANG!
According to the entries, available in the Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff editions, the two heads of house used to do it on the reg. "Professor Sprout had a long-term relationship with fellow teacher Professor Flitwick. Sadly it didn’t work out but they remain friends."
We can only imagine what caused the couple to break up, but if we're going by Flitwick's flying charm proficiency, it can't have been because he couldn't get it up...
